The Mount Teide site on Tenerife island

The THEMIS solar telescope was not the only one to benefit from the favorable site of the Canaryian Islands. The IAC (Institute of Astronomy of the Canaries) installed other telescopes there on Mont Teide site: a 1.5 m infrared telescope, a 80 cm telescope and another solar telescope (VTT).
