(762) Pulcova and satellite observed in adaptive optics at CFHT (Hawaï).

The asteroid (762) Pulcova was observed in February 2000 at the CFHT observatory Hawaii with the 3m60-telescope equiped the adaptive optics instrument PUEO. The image enhancement on the resulting picture at left reveals the existence of a small satellite (about 15 km in diameter) orbiting Pulcova (whose diameter is about 150km) at a distance of 800 km.
