Rise of the Sun on the day of Summer solstice
On that day, the Sunn will be at its higest in the sky at noon. Days will be as longer as we will be North. The Sunn will rise earlier North of Paris than South. This will be compensated by the position of a city more East or more West. So, the Sun will rise at the same time at Paris, Chambéry or Nice which are South-East of Paris. The Sun will not set at the same time, daylight being longer North of Paris than South.
