SATELLITES OF SATURN

Credit : ESO

Left, the images are those of the discovery of S/1995 S6 using Adonis camera (AO) of the ESO. They also show other small inner satellites of Saturn observable from Earth when passing through the ring plane (every 15 years). At this time, the rings stop dazzling for a few days. This satellite seems to be very bright for its small size. It could be only a cloud of dust which will disintegrate quickly.
